Welcome to Scotland

Vaknade till en dag med lovande vader. Kollade i receptionen om de visste mer. Tjejen svarade nagot i stil med att det skulle hallregna hela dagen, men som jag kunde se sa var himlen bla och solen sken, men sa ar det i det har landet, ”welcome to Scotland!”

Vi satsade pa att aka till Royal Botanic Garden, och har haft en toppendag. Vi fick lana en rullstol till mamma, sa hon kunde ga ibland och aka ibland. Tack vare det orkade vi bra, eftersom hon kunde ta min vaska klarade sig ryggen bra. Mitt pa dagen dok hallregnet upp en stund, men mamma satt med paraplyet och min jacka stod emot bra. Sedan kom solen tillbaka igen. Vi var dar fran ca 10.00 – 17.00, sa vi sover nog bra inatt.

Woke up to promising weather. Checked the forecast with the reception, where the girl said that according to her web-site it would be pouring down all day, but as I could see for myself the sky was blue and the sun shining. ”But that’s the way it is in this country, welcome to Scotland!”

So we decided to visit Royal Botanic Gardens, and it was really wonderful. We got to borrow a wheelchair, so my mother could walk a little, and then sit as she got tired. Then, at noon it started pouring down. But after 30 minutes or so the sky cleared again and the rest of the day was sunny.
